| OGN

Osteoglycin (OGN) is a a protein which induces ectopic bone formation in conjunction with transforming growth factor beta. It was originally called osteoinductive factor and later renamed osteoglycin.This protein is a small keratan sulfate proteoglycan which contains tandem leucine-rich repeats (LRR). The level of expression of this protein has been correlated with enlarged hearts and more specifically left ventricular hypertrophy.

| Recovery

The recovery of Mouse OGN spiked at three different levels in samples throughout the range of the assay was evaluated in various matrices.

| Linearity
